She was so sweet and only fussed a little bit as we moved her around and played with the light. And we even got her big brother, Sebastian, in the frame for a few minutes toward the end. What an amazing family; thanks guys (and especially Evelyn) for the great shoot!

(Update: As expected, she is now saying many more words and partial words and made-up words that only she understands. She is also combining words–e.g., growing up way too fast!!!)

A literal ton.

But we had the good fortune of spending an hour with our niece, Lorelai, at a park in Oceanside this week. We have an amazing project waiting in the wings; let’s just say it’s the cutest thing we’ve heard/seen in a long time. Stay tuned; it will be unveiled tomorrow.

Meanwhile, here is a glimpse of how we’re feeling this weekend.

We had a *not-Halloween* shindig at our church today. Gotta love it when the nephews dress up like Batman, a ninja and Tigger. This biased uncle says Tigger takes the cake.
